Limited Edition Bad Boy Lightweight Jiu Jitsu Gi. Back by overwhelming demand – the all-new Limited Edition Bad Boy Lightweight Jiu Jitsu Gi is a tribute to our original Gi which we first distributed in Brazil in the mid-nineties.

Our Gi is manufactured entirely in Brazil, including the fabric and assembly, by the original Bad Boy BJJ Gi manufacturer who is renowned as one of the best. Our Gi is literally hand-sewn by tailors and seamstresses in Sao Paulo, Brazil, who have been hand-making Gis for more than 25 years.

The quality and strength of The Bad Boy BJJ Gi is unsurpassed. The chest area features a three-ply overlap and a lapel that is filled with the same high-quality material of which the Gi itself is made. This provides a lapel that can get wet as many times as necessary and never lose its strength.

Every opening on the Gi is reinforced and each stitch is clean and properly finished. The Bad Boy BJJ Gi currently comes in two weights: Heavy (Carioca – see BB61206) and Light (2008 Leve). Both Gis are built to last and proudly feature the new Bad Boy branded patches. The patches are woven (as opposed to embroidered or screen printed) in order to ensure strength and quality while preserving color and detail.
